Bucking the trend at this year’s Frankfurt Book Fair there was no shortage of visitors to the Virtusales stand although Hall 8 felt significantly quieter and more subdued than in previous years, with many stands smaller and fewer passers by.
Virtusales drew significant interest in its new Production and Print Control module that has been specifically designed for independent publishers and was debuted at this year’s Frankfurt Book Fair. The improved production module integrates seamlessly with Virtusales’ BiblioLite Publishing System and includes powerful new functionality that streamlines scheduling, costing and estimating and provides efficiencies in the book production process and reprints.
It was a successful fair for Virtusales with many valuable meetings and discussions, several of them involving the new US representative in charge of building Virtusales’ presence in North America. Already with customers across the Atlantic, that have been live for up to four years, Virtusales now feel the time is right to actively expand it’s US operations.
