V125052 - Extending Edition Attributes Functionality
Whereas previously, attributes within Biblio were limited to being tick boxes, this functionality has been expanded to now also include the options of free text fields, numeric fields, drop down lists and dates.
This allows users to effectively custom create their own screens, with customisable fields allowing any data type to be added. All attributes will be reportable.
To support the increased usage of Attributes within Biblio, the concept of an 'Attribute Section' has been created so that Attributes can be split into logical sections in the user interface on the Edition Attributes screen and Dashboard panels.
As with the existing Edition level and Group level Attributes functionality, none of the fields added as Attributes will link in with other Biblio functionality except for Reporting. Should any Attributes need to link in with other areas of Biblio functionality these would need to be moved to standard Biblio fields via additional future development effort.

V102534 - Group Series Description Copy Type Added
A new Copy Type is now available which can also be configured to feed into ONIX. This new Copy Type means that extra information relating to Groups and Series can be included in ONIX feeds.

V130638 - Changes To Edition / Related Products screen
Related Products can now be configured to show only related products for the current edition, rather than displaying all related products on the work.

V117075 - ONIX Improvements In Accordance With The BIC Product Data Excellence Award
Some enhancements have been made to ONIX in accordance with the BIC PDEA accreditation:
Product Form Feature can now be assigned at Edition Level. This is repeatable so multiple product form feature values can be sent per edition.
The TitleText composite can be suppressed in ONIX.
Editions created by the Bibliographic Uploader will have their language defaulted based on the imprint's default language.
A prefix field has been added to organisational contact records which can be sent in ONIX.
ONIX Adult Audience Codes have been added.
Certain classification codes can now store and send the version in ONIX.
Roles can now be assigned to an unnamed person and fed out in ONIX.

V128035 - Enable Audience Codes In ONIX
Audience codes have been made available in ONIX, and the following functionality has been added:
On the Children's Levels screen, several new fields have been added to allow the user to configure if, and how, the Children's Level should be included in ONIX.
The Complexity Scheme screen is a new development. The purpose of this screen is to contain maintained Complexity Schemes from ONIX code list 32. Each Complexity Scheme also has a table labelled 'Codes' that can be used to configure the Complexity Codes which are available for selection against the Complexity Scheme.
The following changes have been made to Works and Groups:
On the Children's Levels screen in Works and in Groups there is now a lookup field containing all the available Complexity Codes for the configured Complexity Scheme.
The following change has been made to Hubs / Dashboards:
The Children’s Level Panel has been adjusted to also display the Complexity Code details.
Changes to ONIX:
Any Children’s Level configured against the Editions Work, or on a Group assigned to the Edition that is configured for ONIX, will be fed out.

V132257 - Individual KPI Targets At Impression Level
A new feature has been developed which enables users to set an individual KPI target value for an impression or provisional costing. These custom impression KPI targets will also be fully reportable.
Additionally for those customers who use Biblio’s batch update functionality, it will be possible to change the KPI target value using this wizard. The specification screen on the batch update wizard has been renamed to spec and general to account for this increased functionality.
This development has been released to all customers. Some configuration is needed to set up the targets and new permissions have been created which allow users to set the value at impression level. V131303 - Enhancement To Enable Impression Quantity To Calculate From Net Quantity
New functionality has been introduced that allows the user to allocate the expected net sales for an impression and calculate the gross print quantity and returns quantity from this figure. This was introduced for a publisher who conducts estimates based on the net sales figure rather than the gross print quantity.

V130245 - Cost Groups Functionality Enhanced
The Cost Group functionality has been developed for improved usability. The current Details and Sales screens have been enhanced and a new Editions screen has been added to display only the Editions within that group.

V132589 - KPI Target Options Updated
KPI Targets have been enhanced to include the status of whether or not they are shown on the Specification Sensitivity screen. This improvement allows further clarity for users when implementing this functionality.

V123727 - New Functionality To Retain Sales On Reprints
Please note, this development only applies for customers using the Impressions module.
Sales templates have been enhanced to allow users the ability to retain a previous Impression’s sales information when creating a new reprint Impression or Provisional Costing. This functionality can be implemented at an Imprint level.

V134449 - New Pack Header Lookup
Please note, this development only applies for customers using the Impressions module.
A new Pack Header lookup field has been added at Impression level. This enables users to set the Pack Header and apply any Sales Estimates or Sales Periods to the Pack Component Impression with ease.

V134692 - Amendments To The P&L Report
Please note, this change only applies for customers using the Cost Groups functionality.
The ‘Target’ column has been removed from the KPI Summary table in the P&L Report, as it was not possible to show the KPI Target correctly in cases where different Impressions had different KPI Targets.

V120325 - Increased Configurability With KPI Targets
The existing KPI functionality has been extended in this development to allow the user to configure a new KPI Target, where the net profit is required to be at least 100% of the total impression costs. It is also possible to display the Actual Margin % as well as the Target %.

V124187 - US Text Paper Enhancement
Please be aware this change is only for customers using US paper measurements
Previously when updating Text Paper in Maintenance, if the US definition tick box was ticked, the value of the PPI field would be calculated automatically. However, to allow users to enter this value manually, a tick box has been added to the end of the PPI Field.
The manual input will then be used instead of the calculated value in all areas of Biblio including:
Text Paper Lookups
Print Instruction\Paper Screen
Furthermore, for additional decimal precision, we have increased the Text Paper screen to allow for 9 decimal places in Edit mode. However, the decimal precision shown in view mode has not changed and such values will have been rounded.

V130199 - Option To Not Auto-Populate Actual Date When Date Status Is Changed
Previously, when an Impression or Work Date had a Date Status set, Biblio would populate the Date’s actual value with the current date. This function has now been changed so it is possible to not have this field populated.
A tickbox named ‘Auto-populate Impression Actual Date when Date Status is Changed?’ has been added to Maintenance to allow each customer the option to use or disregard this functionality.
This new functionality is available to all customers using the Impressions module.

V127519 - Additional Binding Detail Information At Impression Level
Please note this is only applicable to customers using Binding Details
Biblio has been updated so that a user is able to see an Edition's Binding Detail when updating an Impression's Binding information.
The read only field is located on the Impression\Specification screen and appears immediately beneath the existing Bind Type field. It displays the value of the Impression Edition's Binding Detail (as per the Work\Edition\Specification screen).
This new functionality is available to all customers using Binding details but requires a small configuration in Maintenance to enable.

V130938 - Improvements To Cost Group Functionality
The Cost Group\Details screen has been updated to include a Change History button which links to a Change History screen.
The Change History screen displays all changes to the Cost Group details. It also provides information on the history of Works, Editions, Impressions and Provisional Costings being inserted to or removed from the Cost Group. This will allow users to see who has changed the Cost Group and when the changes occurred.

Contracts and Rights
V129935 - New Field To Record External Contract Reference
In the Head Contract module of Biblio, a new non-mandatory “External Reference” field has been created. This field is used to store any contract reference from external sources. For example, a licencor's contract reference.
This field can also be reported on, and is available in all Head Contract-related reports. It can be searched as a report filter, or displayed as a report results column.
For customers with the Contract Uploader functionality, a non-mandatory column titled “External Reference,” has been added to the “General” tab of the “Head Contract Upload Template.”
Additionally, for those customers who have the Royalties Uploader, two non-mandatory columns titled “External Reference” and “Alert,” have been added to the “contract information” tab in the “Contracts and Royalties Upload Template.”

V121694 - Period Start Date In Royalty Statement Screen
On Subrights\Payments/Statements\Royalty Statements, a new column has been added to the table of Royalty Statements that is displayed for the Subright Sold.
This new column is labelled "Period Start". It will be placed before the existing "Period End" column. The content of the new column will come from the "Period Start Date" field found on the Royalty Statement screen reached by clicking into one of the rows on the table.

V134568 - Subrights Change To Be Included On The Contracts Approval Screen
A change has been made to include Subrights related changes to the log displayed on the Contracts\Head Contract\Changes For Approval Screen.
This change will include the following:
Updating an existing Acquired Subright
Adding a new Acquired Subright to a Subright Set
Changing the ‘Default’ flag on a Subright Set
Changing the Subright Set assigned to a Work

V133157 - Changes To Royalty Ledger Summary Report
Previously, when running the Royalty Ledger Summary report with “Current Accruals” or “Month End Accruals,” Manual Postings or Subrights, posted after the period end date, were not included.
An enhancement has been made so that for Current Accruals the report will report on Manual Postings and Subrights posted up to “today.” For Month End Accruals this will report on Manual Postings and Subrights posted up to the month end.

V112287 - Retention Calculations Now Included In Royalty Run
Please note, this change is only applicable to customers using the Retentions and Royalties module.
It is now possible to include Retention Refunds in the Royalty Run. This improved functionality means that Retention Refunds will now be considered when calculating the amount to Retain. Users can decide to use this option or not, allowing for additional flexibility and autonomy in this workflow.

V136112 - Formatting Change To Target Costs Data When Using Reporting Functionality
Previously the Impression/Custom Impression KPI Target report field included a % symbol if the target was marked as percentage.
A new report field to return the same value as a raw decimal called Impression/Custom Impression KPI Target RAW has been created to circumvent this.
The value does not include % signs, is not padded with zeros, and N/A (previously shown when a record didn't exist) returns “0” instead.

V127364 - Improvements Which Provide The Option To Include Edition Copy Text In Invite Emails
Please note this change is only applicable to customers using the DAM module.
A new option has been made available on the DAM Admin\Email Templates screen to allow edition level copy text to be included in 'Download' Invites.
When 'Download' is selected as the Invite Type on the Email Templates screen, a new table is displayed with a heading of 'Include Copy Text'.
Users are able to click on a row displaying 'Click here to add a copy type'. This opens a new popup window which allows users to select any Edition level copy type, for example 'Image Credits'. It will be possible for users to select more than one copy type to be added to the table.
When a value, or values, have been selected in this table and the Email Template is selected on the Asset\Actions\Invite tab then the copy text value for the selected copy type will be included in the invite email providing that the invite is for an asset linked to an Edition.
If the linked Edition does not have any copy text for the selected copy type(s) or if the Asset is not linked to an Edition then no copy text will be displayed in the email.
