V136873 - Improved search functionality for Group Identifiers
A new table of Identifiers has been added to the Group/Current Group/Details Screen in place of the ISSN Field.
This will allow multiple identifiers to be linked to each group - as long as the Group Type has ‘Has Collection Identifiers?’ flag enabled.
Additionally the Group Advanced Search screen has also been modified - the existing ISSN field has been removed and the following filters have been added.
Group Identifier Type
The ISSN field has also been removed from the Group Level reports and additional columns and filters have been added called ‘Group Identifier.’

V139611 - Future-proofing of user date preferences
When user preferences are set to a date format that shows two digits to indicate the year (e.g 27-Aug-21), entering a year from 50 to 99 will now be interpreted as a year in the 21st century (e.g 2099 for 99).

V137764 - Enhanced communication of Children’s Levels and Complexity Schemes information
Previously, sending Group-level Children’s Level and Complexity Schemes information in ONIX required specific configuration. In Quasar, if this information exists, and the scheme is set up to be included in ONIX, it will be sent without requiring any further setup.

V139649 - Updated ‘Different Date Options’ field on ONIX Recipients
The ONIX Recipients screen has been updated so that the ‘Different Date Options’ field is now mandatory if the ‘Use Different Date to Populate On Sale Date?’ flag is enabled. This ensures that the ONIX Wizard shows the exact values that will feed when this Recipient is selected.

V138292 - Update Checkbox by Default option available on Batch Update Screens
A new option has been added to the system which allows the Update checkboxes on Batch Impression Group \ Batch Update screens to be ticked by default the first time the "Analysis" button is pressed, to prevent this having to be ticked every time the process is run.

V128155 - Simplified functionality when working with Cost Groups
To simplify the Cost Groups area of the system, the Cost Group - Batch Impression Group \ Details screen has been updated so that the Product Types lookup is no longer mandatory. Leaving the Product Types lookup blank is now synonymous with choosing all Product Types.
Additionally, when adding Impressions or Provisional Costings to a Batch Impression Group, the search results are no longer restricted by Product Type if the Product Type lookup is blank.
For the purpose of differentiation, the Main Menu screen's Cost Group Panel has been updated to use two individual icons so that Cost Groups and Batch Impression Groups can be easily identified.

V138262 - KPI Addendums
Minor alterations have been made to the layout of the KPI Target functionality,
The ‘Target’ appended to KPI Target has been removed from the Cost Group/Calculations screen, the Summary Table, the P&L Report and the table at the top of the Impression/Specification Sensitivity screen.

Contracts and Rights
V138365 - Cosmetic update when moving Customer Accounts
Please note this is only applicable for Customers using the Rights Module.
When using the ‘Move’ functionality to update which Contact record a Customer Account is associated with, the following note has been added to let users know that this will update Subrights Sold that are linked to the Customer Account:
‘NOTE: Moving this Customer Account will automatically update the Licensee on Subright Sold linked to this Customer Account.’
Please note that the functionality itself has not changed.

V127411 - Extended functionality around Offset Sales quantities
This new Production and Royalties development can benefit customers with or without escalating Royalties, and with or without Provisional Costings.
This new functionality has added the ability to have an additional Offset Sales Quantity for each Sales line. This can be used to set Offset Sales where sales from another Edition or Product need to be considered, or where data is being imported into Biblio, and an initial Offset quantity is required.
Various changes have been made to the Impressions module, reports and more.

V135281 - ‘Has Asset’ additional Column/Filter
Please be aware the following change is only relevant to customers using Head Contracts, Projects, Print Orders and Subrights Sold (not inclusively)
A new additional column ‘Has Assets’ has been added to Reports for the following entities:
This column will return the number of Assets for the selected category linked to the Report Entity.

V133661 - DAM comparison in Asset Viewer Window
Please be aware the following functionality is only applicable to BiblioLIVE customers with the DAM Module.
A new ‘Compare’ Icon has been added to the button bar on the Asset/Viewer tab.
Clicking this icon will open a new pop-up window containing two drop down fields
One to select the version to display on the left side of the window
And one to select the version to display on the right side of the window
The dropdown fields will allow the users to pick any current or previous version to be viewed side by side. Providing the file type can be viewed in DAM.
For Asset Versions that contain multiple files it will be possible to change the file rendered on the screen.
