Developed by Publishing Experts
The Biblio Suite
The Biblio suite of software is a comprehensive and modular system for managing publishing processes from initial concept through to delivery (and beyond).
Developed specifically for publishers, by publishing and technical experts, the Biblio suite is a collaboratively driven, ‘Best of Breed’ Enterprise Publishing Management System. New releases are rolled out every ten weeks, delivering a system that constantly updates, refreshes and adapts to the needs of the industry.
The Biblio suite runs the processes for some of the world's leading publishers, including Penguin Random House, Hachette UK, Pearson Education, Pan Macmillan, Harvard University Press, Bloomsbury and a number of high-profile university presses and independents.

The Implementation Process
Virtusales has a successful track record of implementing new publishing software and decoupling legacy systems for more than 18 years. Since starting with Hodder Headline in 2000, we have implemented over 100 publishing-related projects to publishers of all sizes across trade, education and academic sectors. We work closely with each customer to find an implementation mix that is going to suit their requirements, internal resources and budget.
Configured and customised to individual requirements
The modular technology and advanced security model at the heart of the Biblio suite enable a great deal of system configuration to be done by publishers themselves either during implementation or on an ongoing basis. This results in publishers having more control and minimising costs when changes are required. Comprehensive maintenance screens enable administrators to allow individuals or groups access or otherwise to the various elements of the system.
Comprehensive gap analysis to define scope and focus publishers' requirements
Focussed analysis and discovery sessions to increase value and maximise return on investment
Dedicated in-house project team: specialist project manager, technical leads and consultants working closely with the customer throughout implementation
Regular communication keeps projects focussed and on schedule
A thousand users in 16 countries are more empowered because they have easy access to high quality data and can work more efficiently.
