This privacy policy sets out how Virtusales.com Ltd (“Virtusales” and “us”) stores, uses and protects information that relates to you (“personal data”) which you give us while using this website.

What We Collect and What We Do With Your Data

Additionally, access by third parties or transfer to third parties shall be excluded except for legally-permitted cases, for instance, in the case of commissioned data processing, or if we are legally or by adjudication obliged to do so.

If data is disclosed to contractors during commissioned data processing they shall be subject to the DPA and GDPR, and, if applicable, to other additional or relevant alternative data privacy provisions and contractual conditions.

If you have provided us with personal data, you may request to have access or for it to be updated or deleted at any time. If statutory retention periods require further provision, we will lock these records.
