Job Description The successful individual will be versatile, energetic and team oriented, with a sense of ownership and commitment to see projects through to a successful conclusion. Reporting to the Vice President of Commercial Operations, the key responsibility of the role will be to support the implementation of the software for publishing clients, while also providing an excellent level of customer service to our existing customers. Work is completed both online and onsite with customers so the ability to travel will be required.
