Subprocessors
This page describes the Sub-processors engaged by Virtusales entities that provide services to customers (each acting as a “Processor” under the applicable agreement).
We engage a limited number of trusted Sub-processors to support the delivery of our services.
This page provides a current list of Sub-processors that may process Personal Data on our behalf. We will update this page to reflect any changes in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement.

The Virtusales entity entering into the agreement with the customer acts as the Processor. Other Virtusales group entities listed above act as Sub-processors where they provide services involving access to Personal Data.

Certain Sub-processors may be engaged by Virtusales group entities responsible for hosting and infrastructure (including Virtusales.com Ltd) as part of the overall provision of the services.

Data processing and storage locations may vary depending on the configuration of the services and the location of the Customer. Where applicable, data is processed in regions selected to support service delivery and customer requirements.

The use of artificial intelligence functionality and communications services (such as multi-factor authentication) applies only where such functionality is used in connection with the services.
